My God, I was delighted to see the reference to Skellie (of Skelliewag fame?) If it's the same person I'm thinking of, my goodness but she always did excellent work.
This was def one of your more interesting pieces for me. The piece also was surprisingly optimistic and cheery about how easy it is to build an audience organically. I wish I could digest the lessons without being skeptical of the tone, but that's just not me.
